NIDHI has never disappointed their customers. We provide 7 days Easy Returns and FULL MONEY REFUND within 5-7 working days.


▪️ RETURN POLICY:

1. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  Visit our website and navigate to the customer support section.

 Click on the "Return or Exchange Request" option and continue with the process.

Provide your order details, including the Order ID and Email or Phone number and find your order.

Submit the request, and our customer support team will review it within 2 working days.

2. Eligibility:

The return policy applies only to sarees purchased directly from our website.

The policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Pickup:

If your return request is approved, we will arrange for our delivery person to pick up the product from your address.

Pickup will be scheduled within 2 working days from approval.

For COD orders, please provide your bank account details during the return process. Refund will be processed accordingly.

4. Quality Check:

After receiving the returned saree, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

5. Non-Eligible Items:

No returns on items purchased during sale or promotional periods.

Customized or altered products are not eligible.

6. Self-Shipping:
If we are unable to arrange pickup, you may self-ship the product to the address provided by customer support.
Keep the shipping receipt for reimbursement (up to ₹150) along with your refund.


▪️ EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Exchange Process:

Visit our website → Customer Support Section → Return or Exchange Request

Provide Order ID & Email/Phone number.

Submit request → Reviewed within 2 working days.

2. Exchange Eligibility:

Applies only to sarees purchased directly from our website.

Valid for 7 days from date of delivery.

Saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

3. Return Pickup & Exchange:

Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 2 working days.

After receiving the product, we will ship your exchange product within 2–7 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Exchanged Products:

Items received through exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.

5. Sale Purchases:

No exchanges for items bought during sale or promotions.

▪️ REFUND POLICY:

1. Refund Method:

For prepaid orders → Refund to original payment mode.

For COD orders → Refund to the bank account you provide during the return process.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable only for products meeting the return criteria.

Refund request must be raised within 7 days from delivery.

3. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refund is processed within 5-7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
