We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders with a total value of INR 2000 or above.

For orders below INR 2000, a shipping charge of INR 50 will be applicable.

3. Shipping Methods

We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

The choice of shipping method may vary depending on your location and the availability of specific services.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with relevant tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID via email (team@nidhii.in).

You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India and do not provide international shipping services.

6. Packaging and Condition

We take utmost care in packaging your sarees to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Each saree is carefully folded, wrapped, and securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Nidhi cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If our shipping partner is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, multiple unsuccessful attempts, or refusal by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery or return.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

We will make every effort to inform you promptly in such cases.

10. Non-Delivery and Return

In the rare event that your order cannot be delivered or is returned to us for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
